Cancellations with less than 24-hr notice and no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service. We understand that life happens, please reach out to us to talk with your service provider if you are unable to provide us a 24-hour notice for cancellation.
We stand behind our products 100%. We will gladly offer an exchange of product or a money back guarantee (on original form of payment) within 30 days. If it is past the 30 day window we will happily offer an in store credit or return of purchase on a gift card.
