NEW: COVID-19 PROCEDURES
During this difficult pandemic, we want to protect our staff and clientele the best we possibly can. Now when arriving to your appointment, please call the salon to let us know you've arrived. We will have you wear a mask, and will provide you with one if you don't have one. We are now doing a COVID screening and temperature check with every client.
IF you know you have been exposed to COVID-19, or are not feeling well with any of the symptoms, please give us a call to cancel or reschedule any appointments, all cancellation and rescheduling fees will be waived. We thank you for your patience.
At Misbehaven, we understand that changes in schedule come up unexpectedly. However, when an appointment s cancelled last minute or no-showed, this directly affects our service provider's income. To protect our staff and your reservation, we now ask for a credit card reservation with all new appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice and no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved services.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We suggest you book your next appointment before leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule. Please advise staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.
Products purchased at the salon generally cannot be returned once opened or used.
We can evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis. For retail items, we accept returns within 30 days and with a receipt present.
