Our scheduled is dedicated to our clients and their needs, and last minute cancellations or no-shows cannot often be filled. Please call us at 509.526.4585 by 1:00 p.m. the day prior to your service to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged 50% of the service price. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price. You may be required to keep a credit card on file for future services after a no show.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We suggest you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule. Please advise staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.
Products purchased at the salon generally cannot be returned once opened or used. We can evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis, however.
Due to a new Washington State law on mandatory paid-time-off, we do have a $1 service fee per visit to the salon for services. Should you have multiple services per visit, the fee is only added once.
